• Holiday and high demand days rates applies to the following booking days: 6th, 8th, 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st December / 1st, 3rd, 6th, 23rd January / 24th June / Easter/ 1st May / 15th August / 11th September.

• A deposit is required to confirm your overnight stays bookings, remaining balance will be paid at the completion of service.​

• Cancellations of bookings for overnight stays are subject to losing the deposit unless notified two weeks before the dates.
